Title: meet and greet ideas/fundraiser

looking for ideas on a meet and greet/fundraiser for SCF and SCCX..

ideas that come up are places that can give back 20% or so back to our club .

I know some pizza shops in fullerton and corona that have that..

original idea is to meet at In N Out in Tustin Market Place and meet in the parking lot and all of us eat and have friends come and see our rigs and others rigs and build some money for our clubs. afterwards do a local run..

The In N Out idea is great, that parking lot is massive and if we wanted to do a local run afterwards silverado canyon is 10 minutes up the street. I'm all for it.

Not to be a stick in the mud or Johnny Lawful but do either organization have non-profit status? Not sure if in n out or whatever restaurant helping out, would do a fundraiser for just any club. Also, for what would the funds be used and is there an accounting plan? I'm sure there a few other questions that need to be answered but this is a start.

We are NOT in any legal sense a CLUB for a lot of good reasons.
But that doesn't mean we can't have a meet and greet.

Yes this was discussed at a mod day, we are just a band of merry men, without the tights.
