I took this in Ridgecrest on 9/11 this year, but it's applicable.

Thanks to everyone that has served in the past, and paved the way for everyone serving now. Thanks for everyone serving now, and thanks to everyone that will serve in the future. I also like to thank my law enforcement veterans for serving on my home ground and keeping me safe from domestic enemies.

Saw "Hacksaw Ridge" today.  Awesome true story.  Tough to watch some parts.  Directed by Mel Gibson.  He should get an Oscar, but probably won't.  Not a liberal movie - not at all.
