Nice ride, by the way.

Thanks, I don't know about the big bear trip so while I'm looking forward to an xcursion and meeting you guys, I've been on enough runs to know 2wd can be a burden on the trails. Luckily, I know my limits and the kinds of obstacles I am capable of conquering, I may feel a little more comfortable if I was completely armored and had better suspension, but I'm hoping all this can be solved in the future ;).

Yeah, yeah, yeah, blah blah blah  ;) Just kidding. We don't all have decked out rigs ready for Armageddon. I know I don't. So the bitchin trail leaders, that are in charge of the Big Bear trip, are organizing a run for the less equipped rigs. We're going to meet up, then split off, then meet up again. It's all about meeting new people and having fun.

Most trails should be do-able even with 2WD.  We try to keep the trail runs easy to moderate to make them family friendly.

The Club offers 2WD specific runs so we can set appropriate expectations and not get anyone in over their heads.

Danny...spell check your posts man!  We don't want new members to get the wrong idea...I mean there is enough dialogue on here regarding "clothing optional runs" as it is.  ;)

Hi Frank!

How are you? The photo credit goes to you by the way.

I've been just lurking lately and learning a lot from Bobby and Irwin. Doing some long-awaited mods to the X too.

I still want to schedule a meet and greet to catch up with you. I'm hoping to join you guys on your "clothing optional" run. I'll confirm in the next few days.

Take care and hope to hear from you soon!
Fred

It looks like 1 for sure and 3 "maybe", plus me. But then, one of the "maybe" seemed a bit too excited about the idea of clothing optional (which, by the way, would only be for the actual visit to the remains of Marshal South's home).

I'll put up details soon.

Brute....you should head out on the 25th of August and meet everyone at the Azusa Off Road Park!

Don't let Danny fool you...that's how he lures em' in.  :D :D :D

Hopefully you can make the Azusa run and meet a few members...if I can make it I would like to hear more about the run you and Jason are planning with AZXC.
