Good catch!  I'm not sure about the forum page, but the homepage is wiki-based.  Members who have web development skills can request access to the homepage and try their hand at updating it.  Seems someone gave it a shot and the change went unnoticed. 

A wiki ( i/ˈwɪkiː/ WIK-ee) is a website which allows its users to add, modify, or delete its content via a web browser usually using a simplified markup language or a rich-text editor.  A defining characteristic of wiki technology is the ease with which pages can be created and updated.

        Generally, there is no review before modifications are accepted.  Many edits can be made in real-time and appear almost instantly online.

However, I suspect John will have more insight into this.

Chris/Aperion, a long-time SCCX member and our marvelous webmaster who created our present website, has worked his magic and fixed our club's name on the homepage and in the forums.  He explained that when the site went down a few years ago, he had registered a few extra domains for us and that is where the other designations came from.  Once sccxterra.com got reestablished, the other aliases had remained and are actually still active.  With forward thinking like that, I think we are in good hands.  Thanks Chris!

Wow, that is a good catch.  I always did wonder about that.  Way to go!

It's a good thing that Scott pointed that out.  We now have the Homepage (the tab at the top of the screen) set up.  If anyone has created some How-To write-ups or runs across a particularly informative thread on this site that should be included in the How-To tab under the Resources section, post up.  It would be helpful since there are a lot of messages to sift through to find them.  Thanks.
