Does anyone have any plans for any trail runs on the 4th, preferably to get away from some heat.

We are going to get heat anywhere we go that week.  I was just in Lake Gregory the weekend before during the heatwave and the weather was perfect up there.  I think the best place to get away is to the mountains.  Cooler weather, lots of trails and lakes to swim in.  Weather was even nicer at night under the stars.

I am going to be in Big Bear between 7/3 and 7/7.   I will have my daughter with me and she says she wants me to take her "wheeling"  ;D   

I am thinking of doing Gold Mountain the morning of 7/5 (Friday).   If you are interested let me know and we can talk.
