Gen 2 Xterra Snorkel by ARB?
« on: March 03, 2014, 12:43:08 AM »
I got a call from ARB on friday stating that they are looking at making Gen 2 Xterra Snorkles but wanted me to put the word out. If we get a good response, They are looking to put them into production pretty fast. Let me know what you guys think! -Steven

Will it be for an OEM airbox?  I've got a Volant CAI, so there might need to be modification if I get a snork.  I know Volant makes a snork for us that have their intake, but if the ARB snork is going to be competitively priced I would definitely be interested.

volant doesnt  make a snorkel for xterra, the only one for the gen2 currently is airflow, which i thought was arb, but maybe its just australian and i cant tell the difference. 4x4 parts made the volant adapters but sell them at a high price($99) so people make their own adapters.

If its for a stock airbox, I would be very interested.  Not looking to upgrade the actual intake but a snorkel...

Im down for either snorkel with an oem airbox or volant or nismo or whatever works. Out here,  having an intake above the dustcloud zone would be a huge improvement over stock filter maintenance.
My other vehicle is an X-WING
