Topic: Red Rock, Jawbone, Dove and Piute Mountain Road

Good evening,

A bit on the late side but my wife and I are headed up to Red Rock Canyon State Park to explore and test out the new RTT tomorrow/this weekend. We are planning to try to find a spot at the Ricardo Campground right at Red Rock but if not, maybe camping down in Jawbone somewhere? This is our first time headed up there and I was wondering if anyone has any other recommendations for drives/hikes that are a must? We plan on really checking out the whole highway north to Mammoth (Alabama Hills etc.) this fall and are starting here.

I was looking at Dove Spring Canyon OHV road up to Piute Mountain Road... I have just found/researched these on AllTrails. Any tips for musts?
