My Anza Borrego trip.
« on: October 25, 2011, 07:59:01 AM »
Me, the wife and a few friends took a short trip to the desert this past weekend and had a great time. The desert scenery, wildlife and night sky were beautiful. There is even a hidden oasis that requires a 1.5 mile hike but it is well worth the trip.

The X hauled the trailer like a champ through the hills and in hot desert temps. We hit a few easy dirt trails to some scenic lookouts that were spectacular. Enjoy the photos.

Awesome you saw a big horn sheep.  That's rare out there.

I've heard that is rare but we saw about five of them that day.
