gunnmetalblue's Granite 04

Hello SoCal Xterras!

Joined SCCX: February 2013

Real Name: Scott
Year:  2004
Make:  Nissan
Model: Xterra
Trim:  XE
Color:  Granite

Here is my 2004 Granite 4x2. I bought it new in March of 04 and it currently has only 71500 miles on the clock. Just started doing some performance and appearance mods.   New to the forum and really enjoying all the posts, pics, ideas and knowledge.

Installed:
K&N CAI system
Magnaflow Cat Back Exhaust
Pioneer DEH X6500BT Head Unit
Pioneer 6x9 Three ways in back
Pioneer 6.5 Three Ways in front doors
Super bright LEDS in Interior dome lights and map lights
LED's in all exterior lights except brakes
Cooper Discoverer 265/70 R16 tires
Raceline 981 Raptor black wheels
http://www.racelinewheels.com/p-592-981-raptor-black.aspx
New belts and hoses at 65K
New timing belt and water pump at 70K
Step rails and mud flaps removed
Front seats reupholstered
New distributor cap and rotor at 71500
New bumper finisher and kick plate assembly from courtesyparts at 71500
http://www.courtesyparts.com/85834-f...04-p-4227.html
http://www.courtesyparts.com/kb_sear....php?keywords=[74988X]+\%28wd22&cPath=532_14_17_21
Rear sway bar removal at 71500
OEM Fog lights - my X did not have them stock and I have never liked the plastic covers where they mount
All exterior plastics painted Krylon Satin Black

Wish List:
Bilsteins at all four corners

Possible:
PML - I have never liked the front rake and would like to have the truck sit level but I'm not sure if a PML is the best option

I really enjoy my X and how it no longer looks like every other X out there. I don't plan to do a whole lot more to it but that mod bug....she's a cruel mistress!

Try it now....guess I'm not familiar with posting photos on this particular forum. I looked in the help section but didn't have much luck. If the link still does not work, do you have any wisdom on adding pics you could share?

Looks great, nice rig!!

To post pics from Photobucket, click on the Image Code, that will copy the Image Code, and then paste it on the post.

Thanks Odinson. Clean is just about the best compliment, because that is the look I am going for. Simple, subtle mods that are both functional and enhance the appearance. Probably the most dramatic thing I have done is the wheels.
