Saw it driving south on Community Rd near Fire Station #1 in Poway. It was lifted, had a yak basket , shovel nd Hi-lift jack, shrock sticker on windshield and looked good. It had a nice lift kit and was driven by a white male, early 30's, light brown hair sunglasses...

I was on the corner with a small group of guys doing a traffic study.
