A while back ago I picked up a boat load of stuff from RuggedRocks.com. Included in this was the twin compressor from ARB. I bought from Steve banking on the off chance I ever needed anything he would step up and make things right. Boy , did he ever...
I recently started blowing fuses on one of the pumps. Although the other pump still worked, it was bothering me. I called Steve, explained the problem and he went to work. ARB emailed me a UPS slip, so I dropped it in a box and sent it on its way.
I was nervous because we have CANVAZ coming up and I didnt want to get stuck on the Green trails with Terry

ARB is in the middle of building a truck for SEMA. I gave Mark, in tech, a call and explained to him my situation and asked him to help me out. He told me he would make my pump top prority and get it back out to me ASAP. A few days later the compressor was sitting on my front porch.
A series of events went perfect and it all came down to great customer service and regular people that give a crap.
Thanks Steve for making it all possible and thanks ARB for being sensitive to my time frame.
