ive worked in a small shop before so i understand it can be hard to answer phones and make parts at the same time, every time i have called him, if he didnt answer, i got a call back within an hour, sometimes as soon as 5 mins.  Also considering i talked to him for close to an hour, that means some people didnt get through.  i  know customer service is paramount, and communication is key, but PRG is not the first, nor the last company to get a bad rep for customer service.

You have to understand, these guys are fabricators, not customer service pros.  For some its natural but others not so much, i know i personally would be terrible at customer service.   they may not know how to deal with an increase in demand like all of the internet business pros on the forums but they sure do make some damn nice parts, and for me that is worth the wait and money.

I used to install stereos at a small but busy shop. I hated the phone and it only kept me from being productive.
I'm not justifying what Gregs customers have been through, but I do get it. I have bought from Greg and he has taught me so much over the phone.....for free. I feel I owe him for educating me and I'll continue to be his customer.
