Yeah, I'm in the same boat (from the High Desert) so I got a room in Lake Elsinore to save a little drive time in the morning.

I spoke to Ranger Steve down there today and we should have a good time.  He stated that they have recently redone the bypass road so things should be in good condition.

For your "navigation system" pleasure, the generic address of the Visitor Center is 200 Palm Canyon Drive, Borrego Springs, CA.

Awesome! I've never been there so I'm looking forward to it. We'll also have a nice mix of rigs there. I'm pretty sure a few of my brothers Bronco buddies are coming along.
