From where we started(a few miles north of Dos Cabezas) the bridge was roughly 5 miles.  There is not much grade as this was a steam engine railroad, according to my gps we started around 1950ft and topped out around 2400ft.   That said there are some stretches that are loose sand/gravel/rocks that make it a bit more difficult but easily rideable if you ride regularly.
