So I had huge set back today. $2300 worth of parts are going back and I'm on the hunt for a new axle. Long story short 97 dodge dana 44 have worse aftermarket support then our C200k. The parts I ordered would have worked but they don't. So yea it sucks. :(

This is ideal. Expensive, but it's all there. Geared where you want it and locked. Has knuckles and shafts.
It's a JK so your ABS electronics and speedo will keep working.
   Seriously, jump on this tonight!

Wow that's a lot of mula

What tire size are you going to?

If 33s you can't you do a HP dana 30? Throw some good shafts in there. We have gusset and truss a few of these axles. They are reasonably price and parts are easy to come by..

OK so some junk yard searching I found my new axle. Needs some cleaning up and rebuilding but it's better.

No pics today but a little tease of what's coming next week. Shaft tunnel got bent up and cross member will be worked up next week. And axle will be stripped, cleaned and rebuilt along with the the Transfer case. Oh I'm going to be able to run front by its self or the rear by its self or both together all in high or low.

Got some fab work done today. Cross member modified by adding the drive shaft tunnel and adding some support.
