Well crap.  I was supposed to get my skids and sliders today but work unexpectedly got in the way.  I won't be able to make the event. :/

BUT... for those going, if you see a white and maroon 737 over head about 445 or so, that would be me heading into Palm Springs.  Take pics!

An SWR meter is used to test and dial in the reception of your CB/Antenna, I think...

I've never used or have even seen one in action, I just want to make sure my CB is dialed in.

Yes it measures the Standing Wave Ratio, meaning how efficient your antenna is.  1:1 is ideal meaning all power is being radiated by your antenna.

Oh cool....I think a friend might have used one to figure out what the problem is w/ my CB, but we didn't have much success....
