I just did a quick search

Here's one for $45

https://www.ebay.com/itm/GENTEX-010103-REAR-VIEW-MIRROR-w-DIGITAL-COMPASS-TEMPERATURE-w-SENSOR-NICE-OEM/163091625594?epid=1523813865&hash=item25f904b67a:g:I2gAAOSw4WRbHb4z:sc:USPSPriority!92704!US!-1

Another one for $45

https://www.ebay.com/itm/OVERSTOCK-SALE-TAHOE-GM-Gentex-Auto-Tint-Rearview-Mirror-Compass-Temp/132691255132?epid=706818384&hash=item1ee503df5c:g:nVQAAOSwB-1Y0052

There are a couple listed cheaper......and they say they include the sensor but do NOT show a pic of it.....I'd be worried that they think the little circuit board attached to the mirror stalk is the sensor or something....I'd personally pay a few extra bucks to buy one that clearly shows the plug and sensor included.

Just for posteritys sake.....here's all you need to install it.

Here's all you need to know for the wiring and zone selection and compass calibration. Super easy and took 5 mins max.

The  two end wires towards the middle of the mirror are power and ground and the end two towards the outside of the mirror are the temp wires. black to black and color to color from plug to sensor. I cut off the rest.

all you need to know is the two wires on each end.

Problem solved !!!! Thanks for the help !! :D
It was a fuse. Don't use the White/Orange wire.
Mirror pinout....This is looking at back side of mirror........Left to Right......

Pin 1- Pink /+12 volts
Pin 2- Black/ ground
Pin 3- Lt. Green /Backup Lights
Pin 4- NOT USED
Pin 5- NOT USED
Pin 6- Dark Green/White -Temp Probe
Pin 7- Yellow - Temp Probe

Spliced into wiring under airbox using DR GRN/WT and YELLOW for temp probe.
Hope this helps someone. This is for a Gentex 177,don't know about others.
As always, this info is use at your own risk! But it worked for me :D
Fuzz

Gentex NVS Auto-Dimming Comp/Temp Mirror
Fully Automatic electrochromic automatic dimming mirror
Full Range Dimming - 75% - 6%
Automatically disables dimming during daytime
Digital compass with PathPoint™ continuous calibration software
Outside temperature display
Ice alert warning below 38° Fahrenheit
Vacuum fluorescent display brightens and dims automatically
Automatic Dimming Switch Function

Hold Temp switch for 15 seconds to disable Auto Dimming and Auto LED will go off. Repeat step to enable Auto Dimming and the Auto LED will come on.
Compass Switch Functions

Push in Comp switch to turn Compass on/off.
Zone Variation

This compass must be set to compensate for the variation between true north and magnetic north. To set variation:

Turn ignition on.
Using the map below to find your geographic location, note the zone that you are in.
To select Zone, push in the Comp switch for 3 seconds until the Zone selection comes up. Release, then toggle until correct zone is found and release switch. After 5 seconds of no switch activity, display will return to normal temperature reading.

Compass Calibration

This compass automatically calibrates itself while the vehicle is driven as your route takes you in complete circles. Therefore no calibration should be required, though it may take up to an hour. A quicker method is listed below. If the vehicle's compass headings become inaccurate, the compass can be manually calibrated by:

Turn ignition on.
Zone variation needs to be changed to use in different areas of the country.
For a different Zone selection, push in the Comp switch for 3 seconds until the Zone selection comes up. Release, then toggle until correct zone is found and release switch.
To re-calibrate, hold the Comp switch for 6 seconds until a "C" is displayed. Drive your vehicle in at least 3 circles, allowing 45 seconds to complete one circle.
Temperature Function

Push in Temp switch to display outside temperature, and to toggle Temp on/off.
Push Temp switch for 3 seconds until display blinks F° or C°. Release, then toggle Temp switch to select F° and C°. After 5 seconds of no switch activity, display will return to normal temperature reading.
Ice Feature

Display will indicate "ICE" to alert driver to potential driving hazard when temperatures are below 38° F.

A couple weekends ago, I visited the mecca of roof rack awesomeness with Steve C, and we spent some money (a lot). Like others who are running this front runner rack (PainRoller, Toro, etc.), the brackets will be modified to bring it closer to the roof and make it super low profile. Looking forward to getting this bad boy installed! (side note: my current aluminum replacement rack is now for sale... see the "garage sale" section if interested).

They're out there in eBay land.......I paid $30 and $5 shipping....including the wiring plug and temp sensor....my brother just got one two days ago.same thing but from someone else for $40 shipped. . So they ARE out there. Just make sure it includes the plug and temp sensor.

Thanks Chris.  Done and done, for $30 on Ebay.

Mine came off a Suburban and is identical to my Xterra one but with the extra wires and Temp.
