received Timbren Rear bumpstops via UPS for Granite RIG.

Kenwood TM-V71A Dual Bander w/ remote faceplate.

Antenna is a DualBand 1/2 wave Mag mount that will come off and on as needed.

Yes. They both run to the speaker. A "y" connector and a couple of mono extensions made it all work. I had the seats and entire center console out for this.

I'll have to figure something out. With a dual receive ham and a cb, I think I'd rather have separate speakers.

I put one speaker behind the seats so I know if it's the CB or the Ham mike that I have to pick up.
Example:
Ham speaker, "Hey Randy, is rest of the group keeping up OK?
CB mike,  "Are you kidding me, those stupid CBers could not keep up with with my grandma's.........(break)
CB speaker, "Hey you stupid SOB, you're talking on the wrong radio again.

One of the hazards of two radios Randy.   But I think you definitely have a point.   Hey I had a problem at TruckHaven  maybe dyslexia comes with age...

yea too many mics is always a problem, haha. i already have a cb speaker so i may just need a stereo speaker for the ham and ill be set.
