Very nice Jason!
How are you going to gear the diffs? What does a Dodge have in it?

Since I am keeping my c200k I need to find out what and who makes the gears for that then I can match that. Right now it's stock at 2.9 something

All Frontier gears in C200K Fashion and the rigs they came from. When getting gears, there is no aftermarket support. Your only options are the dealer, the junkyard or Steevo.

XE KC 4x2 5M C200 4.083
XE KC 4x2 5A C200 3.692
SE KC 4x2 5A C200 3.133
SE KC 4x4 5A C200 3.133
SE CC 4x2 5A C200 3.133
SE CC 4x4 5A C200 3.357
LE KC 4x2 5A C200 2.937
LE KC 4x4 5A C200 3.133
LE CC 4x2 5A C200 3.133
LE CC 4x4 5A C200 3.357

You can not walk to a dealers part counter and ask for a gear ratio. They need to do it by VIN or type of rig.
Get this stuff through Steevo. Trust me, you'll want his support and experience that comes with every order.

The deepest gear would be ideal. A 4.08 in the c200k would match a 4.10 in the D44. But....... (there's always a but (  ))...
There is carrier split in the c200k somewhere but I'm not sure where. The 4.10 will not just drop in. You will need to have a spacer machined to make everything jive.
The next option is a D44 3.73 Jeep gear (Contingent on asuming Chrysler used the same diff across the board) and the 3.69 from a Frontier. Again, not sure where the carrier split hit the c200k.
This is what I have on the other way around. 3.69fr & 3.73rear.

Thanks for that break down. I hate this stupid split carrier on the c200k and it as a whole. Lol  I figured Steveo would have it but last week his site was down. So ill probably run the 4.08 in the rear and I think I found a 4.08 for the dana 44 to match I'll just have to find it again.

Plan A.

Plan B: order gears through Boulder Nissan...their parts guru Eric Stockton helped grab my gears when I converted to 3.36, pricing was fair, and shipped to my door in 3 days.  LMK Jason if you need a back up parts source.

Great gear info Toro...looks like you've done a good bit of homework on the topic.  ;D

Ordered everything through SteeevO front and rear gears and install kits. Going to 4.08 in the rear and 4.10 up front. And we are going to playing with the whole spacer thing too for the c200k.

So I'm back on track but off budget a little lol. It happens.  Wife isn't too happy about the budget issue lol

Deadpilot, I'm curious to know your thoughts on your axle decisions for your SAS. What is your spline count front and rear? Your Dana 44 has a larger RP than your c200k, I would consider your 44 stronger than your 200. Does it concern you having a stronger front axle than your rear  ?

IIRC my axle which came out of 97 dodge 1500 ram is a 30 count spline and I don't remember what the count is the c200k. I honestly don't see a huge issues with it. I will eventually put a D44 or something like that back there I'm just on budget and the front and conversion to 4x4 is top
