1.  Installed an SCCX sticker.  I'm pretty sure I gained a few horsepower with this one.

2.  Installed Shrockworks Parking Lot Door Ding Protectors.  Added 100 pounds of weight, so much for the added horsepower from the SCCX sticker.  Oh well.  But, the gray powdercoat does look good with the silver truck.

3.  Took it for a little ride in the desert.

Too clean.  You should do something about that.

Sort of...I found a mechanic who is going to do a little "sidework."  There wasn't a whine with mine, but it was definitely time at 210,xxx miles.  As recommended, while in there we are replacing the water pump.

The Ghost goes under the torque wrench this morning at 6am...should know more by the afternoon.

Thanks again to Chris for the heads up on the mechanic.

Replaced front stabilizer bar end bushings and shifter assembly.   I was getting a solid clunk in the front and the bushing were worn, then I discovered I couldn't select 1st gear.  Apparently from 2nd to 1st is electrical and the shifter mechanism had a bad switch.  Ouch.  But at least I'm set for GONE minus swapping out my trans fluid which is looking a bit discolored.

Ordered a Lowrance HDS-7m Gen 2 and Point-1 GPS antenna on the advice of SteeevO.

Found the unit and antenna online HERE for a Godfather price.... an offer you can't refuse.  Plus, there is a $300 rebate from Lowrance right now.  After shipping and rebate it will be - 546.37.

(I still feel bad Steve, but you know I'm coming to ya for the cables and the chip. :P  He and I chatted a while about this before I pulled the trigger.)

Now I just need to plan the install.

Is the 300 rebate, on top of that price?
