The Cure, more or less a hardened plastic bushing to prevent the drag link and tie rod from rolling, installed.

Removed the passenger side tie rod from the knucle. A lot of room now

Old rod end VS new rod end. With the old rod end I was able to feel the movement on the bearing with my hands. Imagine what the weight of the truck was doing to it. This was the cause of my slight vibration around 55-65 mph on the highway.

Chevy 1 Ton steering kit from Ballistics Fabrication. Parts Mike is also a good source for steering upgrades and will cut and assemble the linkage but you have to give the measurements.

One end of the track bar had a small edge of metal from when the track bar was cut.

A couple minutes with a hand file and the track bar was looking good. Wanted to make a nice flat seating area for the lock nut.

Anit-Seize for the next time I make an adjustment or replacement.

Track bar bolt going back in with Red Lock tight. Torqued to 150 ft lbs.

The reassembly went smoothly and the initial drive was a big difference. I would strongly suggest anyone using the Calmini SAS kit that has some vibrations to check the track bar rod ends if they are the original ones from the complany. I used FK rod ends part number JMX12T. Both sides are right hand threaded. Summit Racing has them for a good price and shipped to my door in 2 days.
