Looks great! Is that mounted under the driver's side kick panel? That seems like a good spot.

Yes sir! Had the most room for a bigger block, not that I ever will need 12 spots for power, but it's there if I need/want it. Used industrial velcro for the time being. I think once I actually have everything I want connected, i'll actually screw it in place.

Damaged stock rear differential during last excursion. Was minor enough to continue but fluid was leaking at minimal. Went home and hammered down damaged area (bottom lip) and resealed. Still noticed leak, but much slower. Decided to go with new and stronger rear differential cover. Not many fabricators for C200 axle. I eventually went with Ballistic, which actually had more negative reviews than positive. Took the risk. Painted and installed. No complaints here yet and hopefully it stays that way!!!  :P [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Installed my White Knuckle Offroad sliders on Wednesday night with the help of my buddy. John and Natalie at WKO are top notch, and they estimated 4-5 weeks for us, and nailed the date on the 5th week!

My X was neglected this weekend but I spent 20 hours with my son's 05. New Bilstein 5100s all around and a single AAL in the rear. (removed the rear sway bar) Got his new White Knuckle sliders installed as well. His X spent the first 4 years in Mass. so the corrosion on the bolts on the front top perch kicked my butt. Had to grind all 6 off as they just popped the stud underneath making them spin freely. Not happy with that design, not any easy grind in that confined space! While working on the rear I found out his seals are blown as the diff breather was corroded shut as well. The diff breather extension we put in should help but I think I'll have a shop do the seals for us. This is all to get ready for a long weekend on trails in the Mammoth Lakes area over the 4th.

Went for it, and installed the front suspension today. After a smashed finger, some cuss words, a little dremel work, and very wonky alignment, I have raflos and SPC uca's!

Wasn't as bad as I thought, the driver side rear control arm bolt comes out without cutting, just have to push the steering out of the way. The lower shock bolt on the driver side had some rust and corrosion on it, and refused to come off without a fight. Other than that, put on the ball joint backwards on the first one, laughed at myself, and fixed it.

Got a quick alignment this afternoon, and will tackle the rear lift tomorrow after work. Hopefully get my CB wired before the run on Sunday, and potentially sliders installed once they are done curing. Coming along!

Feels good!

Geoff, those are BadAss looking uppers with the camber adjusters.  Good job.

Looks like you need new tires though lol  The tread looks an inch deep.

Believe it or not, those tires have 8,000 miles or a little more on them already! lol. They need to see some more dirt!

Got the rear end done today. Sway bay delete, dual add-a-leafs, and bilsteins. Had a fun test drive around the community, and hit some dips fast. Love the ride!

Adjusted the headlights as well. It's a tight fit if you have larger hands.

Special thanks to Danny (Toro) for answering my call and helping with my random question!! Appreciate it.

Thanks to Painkiller and FixitGuy for the add a leafs, and Joe thanks again for the spare, put it on while I was under the X.

Just a little FYI, if you have a long phillips head screwdriver, you can stick it down into the teeth on the side of the adjuster and spin the adjuster that way to adjust the headlights, much easier than trying to get a 8mm on the hex on the back.
