If your pressurizing a tank, it'd be best to do it on a tank that's mounted high and assisted by gravity. This tank, when full, weighs over 100lbs and will be in the rig. The best way to get pressure out of something like this is to run a pump on the outlet. The tank comes with a 1/2 I.D. ball valve so it will flow like a mo-fo.
We have 3 kids and do an ass load of camping. Our current 5 gallon drinking water setup doesn't cut it anymore and needed a serious upgrade. With all the hiking, camelbacks and cooking pasta between all of us, this should hold us for 4-5 days....
....shoot, I might even be able to wash my hands from time to time.

Pssst...I'll just leave this here:

Spent the week camping with our new water tank. This is what I rigged up and works well.

In 6 days of camping, we went through, just over, 8 gallons of water. Perfect for our growing family. The hose is accessible from the passenger rear door and is gravity fed to your container. This is a game chager for our crew. Very excited this is with us.

What anti-microbial steps can you take with the tank? I didn't read up to see what it was made of.  Thinking a nice UV light might work on that clear tubing.

The tubing is removed, washed and kept in the freezer. The tank is emptied, sun dried and stored under vacuum.

It also helps that the tank is black, it helps prohibit the growth of stuff.

Finally decided to start knocking stuff off my list. Whipped up a couple of frames and picked up some slides for the fridge.

Fridge frame is fully welded and the outer base is only tacked.

a basic mock-up of what it'll look like and how it'll work.
Still need to do more welding but you get the idea.

Awesome! Pretty cool that the fridge fits perfectly between the water tank and the rear hatch. What are your plans for the left side?

I do have a plan for that other side, but that's where I normally carry an ass load of tools. I'm a little torn as to how to proceed.

Put the tools inside of the thing that's going on the other slides ;)

Some progress. Not completely lined up but pretty damn close. Still needs fine tuning but it's coming along.

Will be reinforcing the corners, build mounts to the utili-track and finish welding.
The existing cargo carrier is getting new legs and will sit above the entire set up.
