Mod Day at Lava's (Justin's) - Jan 12, 2013

I stopped by to visit and meet some new people, and got a few photos while there.

I don't remember exactly what it was that John was trying to describe here.

Some people were working on their trucks.

Some people were working on their tans.

Not everyone left uninjured.

It looked to me as if everyone was having a good time though.

Thanks for hosting this Justin.

Great photos Frank...I think we were discussing the best cattle guard crossing methods for "in the field."  ;)

A big shout out and thanks to Justin and his wife Maria for hosting the MOD Day at their house.  I have a feeling some may still be there at this hour still wrapping things up.

A good group for sure...

Justin/Lava, our gracious host.
Paul, SDFrontier conducting a Titan Swap with SAW's.
Ray, HEVAK, installing AAL's, new Nisstec shackles, shims, and a last minute audible for brake pads.
Terry, SoCalX helped on Ray's truck.
Randy, RBDuffer came and worked on his motorcycle.
Frank, Frank B. was nice enough to stop by and snap the aforementioned photos, as well as took some time to chat everything shutter related.
Mark, kickingtires also stopped by in his modded Frontier, checked out all the rigs and also chatted about cameras.
Marc, Arch'sX taught us all how to open bottles.
Richard, bikerscage stopped by and watched some of us work.
Yours truly, John, GhostX and my gf Daphne hung out, wrenched (wenched?), soaked in the sun and suds, and chatted with everyone.

Today was great!  ;D Lots of SCCX personalities on hand for the festivities  ::)

We got a lot of work done in between all the BS and Parts runs! lol!

Thanks to everyone who came and glad you all had a good time. We'll do it again soon and get some new members hooked up with installs. This time we need more Indians and less Chiefs, and we can get 3 trucks done at a time! LOL  ;) My Cul-De -Sac was overrun by Nissan. The neighbors are in fear that a new Gang has taken over the block, Son's of Anarchy Style, Thanks to Randy.  :o

ITS MIDNIGHT and I just finished the Titan Swap install and The "Randy RBDuffer Eyeball Alignment" to get Paul and his Newly TS'd Fronty home to SD. Full day of good times and lasting memories. Thanks SCCX!

If you are missing tools, let me know. I'm (1) Yellow/Black Stanley Screwdriver Heavy and (1) Medium Harbor Freight Breaker Bar short. PLEASE Let me know if you find it. PS Terry, Ray has your Orange and White Jackstand held Hostage.  ;)

AS FAR AS THE CATTLE GUARD PHOTO, I THINK JOHN IS IN A KUNG FU FIGHTING STANCE.  ::)

Lava out.  8)

Hey guys, I had a great time hanging out, meeting everyone, modding my KLR, playing Chief :), and eating free ;D pizza.
Sorry 'bout the eat and run John :'( I'll get you at the stone brewery, along with Justin, soon I hope.
Justin, that sucks about missing tools, I hope everyone double checks there stuff.  I did not have room on my bike to take anything but pizza ::)

No worries...now I feel like a heel.  :-\

Glad to see you registered here...hopefully we can see more of you on some Club runs.

How does the Fronty drive now that it's Titan Swapped?
