Thank you John  :)

You bet Michelle...I am sure you and James have been busy lately, so hopefully this is enough notice for everyone to attend.

Understatement. Company "restructuring" again. Stressing to say the least. Need to get out. Already marked the calendar. This weekend need to buy chains in the event it snows. Looked out office windows today toward Big Bear mountain. A silvery blue with marbled clouds. Looked like planet earth from above temporarily until rain moved in. Lol yeah been cooped up too long.

Great news John

Count me as a confirmed.

Is there any equipment required for this meeting or are we just doing a walk-through?

Thanks Terry...my understanding is that this is for the purpose of developing a trail maintenance plan.  I don't believe we will actually be working this time, but driving the trail and creating the plan for 2013.

Greg also mentioned that he would show us where the maintenance area was, and provide us with the proper access codes for the tool shed/equipment area.

I have an email out to Greg right now asking for clarification on this, and as soon as I hear back will post up.

Thanks.

Count me in.  Tom and I have been going through Pioneer Town up to Burns Canyon.  Been nice til you get to Big Bear and hit the snow and ice.

Thanks Luann, having you and Tom familiar with the trail will help you/us with all of this.

Looks like no work.  My wife and i were wondering if this whole thing would be kid friendly then and if we need the full getup.  Basic Snow and ice is fine, but do i need the full recovery/cb/etc or are we good with stock for this?

Well i shouldnt be stock im getting my full suspension on the weekend before, but have basic AT tires still.

BC...still working out the details.  Family friendly for sure, just be aware that we could be on the trail/discussing maintenance/as a group for a few hours.

As soon as I get the specific details, I will let everyone know what to expect...timing, lunch on the trail, scope of the maintenance plan, etc.

The wifey and I are coming equipped with our snowboarding gear. We're planning on hitting the slopes after the run, if possible. It depends on how long we're out there. So if you board, or ski, please join us  ;D

Its really going to be nice up there and a bit nippy with all the snow we just got.  I want to make sure everyone is prepared for whatever that day.

Judging by the current situation in BigBear, do we want to be romping around in the back county?
