Comments:  In the next month I will have installed Icon 2.5 coil overs, a Deaver Leaf Kit, Total Chaos UCA's, and White Knuckle Sliders.  I am still debating between Shrockworks and Hefty for armor.  Any suggestions or advice beyond what I've found on this forum would be appreciated.  I also plan on adding a Gobi rack.

I know I am going to get flamed on this one, but...

Hands down Shrockworks.  

Yes, the wait time is looooong...but the quality and fitment are far superior IMHO.

Order now so you can receive your skids/bumpers for summer time.

Thanks for the reply GhostX.  I wish I could afford it right now.  Kind of blew my wallet out with the other changes that were necessary before doing the armor.  I will probably do the Shrockworks skid plates soon though.

Hefty has skids on the shelf. No waiting.
WhiteKnuckle owns the slider market. (I'm on the payroll ;))
Bumpers are all preference. Shrock's are bad ass.

Thanks for the info Toro.  I am getting the WK sliders with dom tubing this week.  Still haven't decided on the bumpers yet.   Leaning towards hefty for the skids after what you have told me although I've heard that fitment can be a pain.
  Particularly with the skids.

Right on. Hefty skids are awesome. There have been a few scattered fitment reports but not many.
   If you get Hefty skids along with your WKOR sliders, you will have to cut a 2"x2" knotch out of the gas tank skid. It's not that big of a deal but both use that certain spot. The skid doesn't necessarily need it, so most knotch the skid.

He might have a set ready to go. Adarsh (Unbreakable) just scored a set he had lying around. He just drove over to Apple Valley and picked them up.

Just a thought on your slider install...having run "bolt-on" sliders for about two years, and now having welded sliders, the difference was surprising.

Welding on the WKS might eliminate the need to notch the gas tank skid, and provide a more solid platform to "slide" with.

Already planning on welding them on.  My neighbor had that suggestion.  Should i do both though? Or will the weld eliminate the need to bolt?  I think the cutting of the gas tank plate had to do with the use of the same spot on the frame rail but I could be wrong.
