Hey guys...awesome trip...as soon as I have the energy I will go through both cameras and post up. It was nice to meet old friends from last years run and meet new friends this year. Danny i cannot thank you enough for 2 trips that I had a chance to bond with my twins. I will ride in your dust anywhere, anytime. To the younger guys I met who might of been geared up or maybe not yet, we have an awesome platform to work with, ya'll just proved that. I look forward to seeing most of you again.

Rubicon with Inland Empire 4x4 tag on it fully tricked out and spit shined pulled up next to me this morning. I've got 3 days of dust on my X and the guy looks me over and salutes.. Life is good. Thank you SCCX for allowing me to put your decal on my window.

That's funny Randy, I had a similar experience at an In N Out burger on the way home.  Three young men walked up and said "That's a clean truck bro".  I looked at them funny and laughed "clean?".  They realize my superior years and made sure I understood that they were complimenting me and not being sarcastic.  It was cool!

I got the same thing from a guy as I was driving home.

He gave the nod and the point.

I have to say:  What an amazing job Danny did of leading this trip....little bits of history about the trail here and there....making tough decisions to ensure the group stays together.....leading but pointing out places where we can cut loose and fly around a wash or two...staying in communication with the group and helping us stay on track and not get lost.....just an all star job by an all star guy.  He's a great man and an asset to the club.  Thanks Danny!!!!

I've started always using blue loctite on those. I've seen this happen twice this past year on the rear shocks. Mark (KickingTires) had a bolt go missing last august in big bear.

2x on the use of blue loctite.  At least you had some parts remaining although not usable.  Mine was just swinging in the breeze and I never really even felt the left rear bouncing without any rebound control.  Life's little lessons, just be glad that they're little...

Good to see old faces too, Terry, Duffer, Gnilda, Randy & son, Birthday boy Christian and wife and Marshann. It was great to meet new people too, Dan and wife and daughter, AZ couple, etc. thanks for great memories.

We need more overnight runs like this one!

AKA: brain fade.

A TIA may cause sudden dimming or loss of vision (amaurosis fugax), aphasia, slurred speech (dysarthria) and mental confusion. But unlike a stroke, the symptoms of a TIA can resolve within a few minutes

Also for the record, I have the full trip in .GPX if anyone wants a copy. It is the full GPS track from start to finish, with waypoints of the major stops we made. Fairly fun to look at in a topographic map app or Google Earth!
