Pismo Beach Sand Dune September 13 14 15
« on: May 24, 2013, 12:10:36 PM »
Hi.

I have another trip plan to pismo on the dates above. Since its a camping trip I tend to plan then 1 qtr in advance. I have been doing this trip for many years and its always a fun time camping and wheeling and relaxing at the beach. In addition the drive up next to the pacific is awesome!

For those never been to pismo, this will be a good trip to take the family camping, if you are not the camping type, there are plenty of hotels near by. To please the wife's and girlfriends you can add a wine tour and explore winery near by.

If you are interested in going, start planning for days off and grab your camping pass from reserve America. I recommend getting a pass even if you are hireling because that allows you to go on night runs. You know you want to use those hella and HiD or LED lights you bought!

See you on the trails :)

Definitely down for this one! I'll get that camping permit ASAP and start the beer fund now. :P

Already up in LA so only a few hours drive north, but I'll check back for details on a possible convoy!

Sounds awesome, I am a possible. I need to see how my young one is by september. She is only 3 months now so she will be double her age by then and hopefully a lot better in the car. Worst case scenario I get a hotel, but Ill be able to figure it out more closer to the dates.

Bump.

It's getting close, still plenty of camping pass, so I will buy it when I am up there.  Not sure if anyone is still going, but if you are post up and I will look out for you.

I plan to tow up either depart Thursday noon or before dawn friday morning.

see you at the dunes

Trip was awesome. Stretched the frontiers legs out.

Keeping to tradition, some guys decided to try to dig my truck in at camp (twice). They failed to get me stuck both times.

Lets just say I got the guy back and he doesn't know it yet. I can be very creative with rainX. And it won't show until it gets dirty again hahaha
