Alright, I'll get something up here on SCCX you guys can use as a link to/from Facebook as well as Club Frontier for your members.  You guys can post up Xcursion notices, trail reports, etc.

Also...talk to Shiloh, she is the shiznit when it comes to techie/IT stuff.

Awesome John and Shiloh :) thanks guys

I say we change the name of the site all together to include our Frontier brethren.

I think that is a fantastic idea. :)

Well...a "name change" might rock the foundation that SCCX was built on...I mean the traditions, the hazing, the long standing jokes.  I'm just not sure if people are ready for such dramatic change... ;)

SCF has a new section here dedicated to their short and long bedded bretheren...let's see how much use it actually gets before we go "breaking the mold."  :)

I don't think you guys should change your name or anything for us Frontier people. When we named the club "So Cal Frontiers" we made a choice to have our own club rather than include all Nissans. One of the main reasons we did this is because of you guys already having such an awesome and well established Xterra club and we did not want to detract from that. But, having clubs that work together is something we wanted to do and you have proven that you want to do this as well.

I speak for all of SCF when I say we are very appreciative of the space you have given us on your forum. This will allow us to grow because not everyone has Facebook and they will not ever get one.

I hope to meet all of you soon.

Thank you Dennis for you very kind words.  As you noted we are all eager to share in any way we can.  But I agree, a certain amount of autonomy is what makes a club a club.  This way we can still make fun of eachother and have friendly competitions.  Our clubs are one family, but still brothers. Which should make you and I first cousins of grandpa Nissan.  I have a Venn diagram here somewhere :)

You'll have to count me out on this one, got an exhaust to install tomorrow on my X, as well as picking up some final parts for my TS.
