Yeah I'm interested for sure, regardless of a group buy or not I'm set on them.

$400 for Bare Metal/HREW Tube (Strong)
$440 for Bare Metal/DOM Tube (Stronger)
$500 for Powder Coated/HREW Tube (Strong)
$540 for Powder Coated/DOM Tube  (Stronger)

The wait time on them is usually 3-4 weeks but with a group buy I'm not sure.

I've still got he guy that can do it cheaper if anybody is interested.  If you want the hump style he needs one truck for a day to make the prototype and the rest can be done within a week.

I'd rather have someone do it who's done it before. Prototype doesn't sound so good for getting it done right. Lol. Maybe you should try it out, see how I works.

Your choice.  He's built a lot of heavy duty race parts for friends of mine.  A set of sliders should fairly easy.

I talked with John from WK the other day...Hes currently not doing any group buys, but will pay the sales tax if you pay in cash upon pickup when they are ready.....and you save on shipping.

Also, for you Frontier owners...I personally know that hes got a set in the works. Full production is a ways out, Id say at least the fall.

My other vehicle is an X-WING

Thanks for the update Justin.

There you have it guys.

I think the sales tax/save on shipping deal sounds pretty damn good.

These are quality sliders guys...kinda like a West Coast version of Shrockworks IMO.

John has supported SCCX in the past...lets show our support of WK.

So lets see, 180 miles at an avg of 15 mpg. Say $50 of gas. Hopefully it'd be at least $100 saved off shipping and sales tax combined. Think sales tax would be $40. Not sure it would be worth the drive. Lol

1. Drive up there
2. Bring tools to install sliders
3. Install sliders
4. Pick your trail of choice
5. Test out sliders
6. ??
7. No profit... But money well spent.  ;D

Xterra "pool" and save some gas money to pick up a few sets of sliders.

Improvise. :)

Actually...not a bad idea either. Make a Saturday trail run out of it and kill two birds with one set of sliders.

If you get enough orders, just pitch in for Diesel and I can run up and pick them up in my Ram.  We can have a garage day at the shop in Fullerton.  Afterwards, we can run Silverado Canyon.
