Only two issues Randy: 1) It is imperative that it be dropped off on BLM land and 2) that no debris is dropped on the road along the way.  Danny contends that it can be dragged if we get enough horsepower up there to do it.

Hopefully this link will help with the where:

Dragging is worse than dropping parts IMO. If we can cut it into more easily"liftable" pieces, we can cart those to the BLM area for pick up.

Sounds like from Danny's conversation with Terry, if we can get the parts/pieces to the Viscera Springs/2N02 intersection, we would be good.

My .02 - we cut more parts/pieces with Justin, load what we can and drop off for the scrappers.

After the work we did last week, I don't think it's realistic to get the whole car loaded onto a trailer in one piece. Just too heavy.

Yep, way too heavy.  I think plug in sawzall with an inverter will do the trick.

Tuesday AAT Meet Up

Okay...looks like the group consists of:

0317/James
Lava/Justin
RBDuffer/Randy
knightrider/Jordan/tentative pending gainful employment
GhostX/John

Tentative plan is for the southern group (Justin, Randy, Jordan, John, James) to meet in Murrieta.

Meet Spot:  https://plus.google.com/106689890607802866195/about?gl=us&hl=en

Meet Time:  9am

This should put the group in the Baldwin Lake/2N02 Trailhead vicinity around 11:30am - noon time.  :)

All of this is subject to input/change, but thought we should get a meet spot/time down on paper.  LMK, and thanks everyone for chipping in!  ;D

Sounds good John, way to bring it together.  I will leave my whimpy trailer and we can make 2 or 3 short hauls with Justins.
I will bring my 1400 watt generator and some cutting tools.  My winch is still a good dead-weight :P

I'm Tom... GreenGoon

I think 0317's name is Jason and I'm pretty sure he's in the Temecula area.

Unfortunately I can't go tomorrow after all. I have to work every day this week and I'll be laying down some new laminate floors during the few hours I have off.

I thought tomorrow would be great for my schedule but it didn't work out.

This looks like it's going to be a great day. Ive got the trailer hooked up and the equipment loaded. Please be sure to bring extra Ratchet straps to tie down the parts we hack off. I'm running short and only have a few left.

I am bringing my usual trail tools, as well as a Honda 1000 Inverter topped of with petrol,  my Sawzall,  50ft extension cord, 4 Diablo Metal cutting demo blades, an 18v sawzall, 2 hi cap battery's,  the charger, and a Gallon of extra fuel.

Ive got the 12, 000lb winch,  a block/pully setup and a tow strap.

If we cant do it with all this, then I'm at a loss. Maybe we can bring some 2x4s or 2x6 to help get the stuff up on the trailer?

Got it here...and your PM.

Thanks James, I apologize for any confusion with your name.

I blame it on Tom, who I thought was you, when he told me your were Jason...who is really Deadpilot.

Okay, all updated.

See you all tomorrow morning at 9am in Murrieta.
