As Spring approaches, I want to remind everyone heading out into the forest to remember safety first!  Have a plan for the day and share that plan with everyone involved.  We just had an Adopt-a-Trail Club discover an illegal operation located close to their trail.  Operations occurred at night and could have involved illegal drug activity and/or timber theft.
 
Always expect the unexpected in the forest and please watch each other
