Cleghorn Ridge Trail
Invite to our Sisiter Club Members. Its my Birthday week and its been nearly a year since our last club meet at Cleghorn, Looking to have fun with whoever joins and have a BBQ on the dirt road. Hope to see you guys and gals there.
The plan is to start at 9:30am sharp at the trail head (we will start on the 15 side) we will meet on the dirt lot on Cajon Blvd off Exit Cleghorn Rd. from there we will run to the power line area to wait for late arrival to catch up, then onto 34.321059,-117.430024 to have some two wheel drive fun... in the mini woop section they have. *Once we are done there, the 2wd group if any will break off to go on the 2wd trail and the 4wd group back at 34.311513,-117.437981. *The trails will cross each other multiple time. *We will have lunch at one of the open area after pucker hill. *

So here's the next question. I'm thinking about going but if no other 2wd show up how hard is the red trail?

there are some spots that are challenging and i have pictures of the run on our fb page..

there are some sections that are really narrow and being stuck with 2wd will stall the day.

Only if I was 4x4. My X is pretty capable as a 2wd but some of that looks fun and may hang up mine.

i figured the video would really show you, but we can always let the 4wd go first to try out and you can watch how they pass, then you decide which ones you want to try.. just bring some straps and fun.. we are always happy to show off our winches.. lol ;D

Well I have a winch too and haven't been afraid to use it. And I have my recovery gear and I'm tswaped and that helps me a lot too. So put me down as maybe and if I can ill show what a 2wd can do lol

Nice vid. The beginning of that is where knightrider debeaded one of his tires last year. Likely right where the white X entered (about 70 ft from the start on the right side).
