Time to start planning this trip. We are 6 months out and want to put this together.
   I want to make this a 3 day trip at a more relaxed pace. We will be running East to West beginning at the Avi Casino.

 Head to Laughlin on ...

Please put me +1 on the wait list! Looks like a great run. Thanks!

I'm really thinking about picking this up.  Think of the volume of pancakes and bacon achievable by such a contraption.

In looking at the ideas/themes for food, I'd be glad to make up a big pot of beans for Saturday night in the Dutch oven. I can bring the smaller oven and do Spanish rice as well of you guys want it? Those beans go really well for breakfast the next day with eggs if any are left over.

Please put me down for;

1 Camp Chef two burner stove.
1 Perfect Flame table top propane BBQ
(enough propane for these to be used during all cooking events if their services are required)

2 bundles of firewood (or more if needed)

Regarding contributions for the *themed* meals, would it be better for me to choose or be told what to bring?

By the time this rolls around...we will also be contributing a two burner Camp Chef stove to the mix.

That thing (as well as Clint's Nuclear Bunson Burner) was epic for cooking Steve.

I will have a Coleman white gas stove for sale...soon.  As well as an REI camp kitchen.

John, before you buy new, check craigslist.  There are quite a few on there and if you find the right one, you'll probably be able to find one for sale with the case, stove and propane cylinder.
