Looks like maybe 4 sites should be adequate for Friday Steve...maybe you and Christiaan (early arrivers, thanks) could stagger/scatter some camp gear between sites until others (myself/Daphne, Jordan, Xterra Alex) arrive?

Anyone else considering a Friday arrival?

I'll be there friday, probably  around 4pm...so if someone can save me a plot of land, I'd appreciate it!

I'd like to reiterate this. Otherwise I'm going to be picking up your brass for reloading, no matter the caliber. Except you pea-shooters, you can keep your brass. :D

But seriously, it pains me to see discarded "targets" left on BLM land or any land for that matter. Thanks John for mentioning this.

6 days out and the weather forecasts are calling for rain Saturday and overnight into Sunday. So far, it looks like it won't be moving that far into the desert, so we may just have cool and cloudy conditions the whole time. Keeping my fingers crossed.  :-\

Dude, rain in the desert is FUN!  Bring appropriate clothing, shelter and attitude!

Much hero dirt.

Brap!

P.S.  Unless it causes flash floods, then not so fun!

I wasn't worried about what it does to the terrain. I agree in that sense - rain = fun! I was thinking about how it impacts campfires and potlucks (you guys should know by now that I'm ALWAYS thinking about food!) :)

As a fellow fan of food and eating...I can definitely appreciate your concern..

Do we have anyone with a Easy-Up that they're willing to bring?  That way our precious nomz are safe from the elements?!

I also have a GIANT camo tarp.  It's in the rig already, so I guess I'll bring that.

On the nom front, is there cause for me to bring my propane BBQ?  Will anyone be bringing animal protein or want to grill veggies?

Hey hey hey now, don't broadcast this too darn loud as it is thwarting my plan to obtain some free brass man.
