Yes, another great time indeed. Too bad there weren't more trucks with better food this time. At least I know to stay away from the chicken waffle in the future.

Thanks to the gang for helping me swap out those hatch struts, especially Tony and Jordan who pretty much did all the work.

Hi JeffBett, welcome to the forum! Be sure to post up a little about yourself in the "welcome center" thread so everyone in the group can formally say hi.

Yes, Thursday the 17th would be the regularly scheduled day for this event in December. Usually people start posting about 4 or 5 days ahead of time whether they plan to make it or not. There's usually a pretty decent turnout, so I'd plan on attending if I were you. The food trucks become more and more sparse each week during December as it gets colder and gets dark sooner, but that never stops us from having a good time.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it this month, as I have a work obligation that I can't get out of without ending up on bad terms with my boss.

I'm game, there is a ton of places up here in the N. County but I don't think you guys want to deal with that traffic. This will more than likely be my last meetup for another four months as my work schedule is changing again in January BUT, I will have weekends off for the first time in over a year.....

I thought we were suggesting the In N Out in Poway because it has a big parking lot?

There's a Sonic in Kearny Mesa, too, but not sure what the parking lot situation is like there.

I would say let's just make the call to move it to the In N Out at 12890 Gregg Ct, Poway, CA 92064. It's right on the corner of Scripps Poway Pkwy and Community Road, about a mile or two further up the road from the food trucks. As Frank and Jordan mentioned, there's a HUGE parking lot, and who doesn't love In N Out?

I'm trying to get out of my work obligation so I can make it, but I'm still only a 50/50 at this point.
