Is everyone still in?

lets update this in case there is a cancellation and we can get a wait-listed person/group/family on the list.

Cheers

I'm still in.

Great!,

The reservation site for Panamint springs is open at this time.
everyone should make reservations if they wish now.

meeting at the  at Panamint springs on Saturday the 7th (depart from Panamint springs resort at 9 am)

turn off road / air down at south entrance(hiway 190 and Saline valley road)
....This could be a meeting point for late comers (make sure you have radios)

Wednesday(the 11th) is a holiday(veterans) and participants can take Monday and Tuesday off. drive up Friday(nov 6th) after work.

They offer motel rooms, tent camping and rv camping with restrooms and showers.

prices area reasonable.

We meet Saturday morning here and some will drive in on Saturday morning,
but this is a really nice place to spend the night Friday.

http://www.panamintsprings.com/reservations/

I have booked the cottage
2 bedrooms and living room .

100 beers in bottle and over 10 on tap!!!

Friday night arrival is pleasant and we sit on the wooden patio and drink beers into the night. Camping is across the street and is Very reasonable.

Tentative "in" based on the following..

How built/modded does a truck need to be to do the planned route?

Sliders, skids IMHO
Grooters did it in a Frontier
mostly need good suspension for the washboard roads.

Please post IN on the new x.org

In as well. Myself + 1 (either the wife or my brother, depending on work schedules). I'm running a PML with spacer in front and shackle/AAL combo in the back, plus bill 5100s all the way around. Let me know if you think this will be good enough for the washboard roads.

Sounds like an amazing trip, thanks for organizing!

JF, just airing down will soften the ride on washboards and you will ride nice and smooth over it all. Your rig will do just fine for a trip like this one with zero to no worries.
