MOJAVE ROAD FOOD CORPS

I should add that, while I am bringing all of this bacon, I don't have a way to cook that much. I have a small stove and a small griddle that can cook a few pieces at a time, but it would take all day to cook this much. If I'm counting right, it sounds like we'll have three campchef stoves and griddles (Steve C, Duffman and TacoTuesday), so if someone doesn't mind designating one of those as the bacon cooker, that'd be great.

Bro, I'm bringin my Dutch oven. That will cook up several pounds of bacon at a time and the lid can be flipped over as a gridle if need be.

For scale, this is thick cut monster bacon.  It takes a while to cook.

I'll bring my Nuclear Bunsen burner for the group meals so that is taken care of.

Also put me down for garlic bread for Saturday night!

People are pulling out left and right....we're down to 10-11 rigs by my count, so adjust your food offerings accordingly.  Let's not be wasteful.

I'll bring a bag of shredded cheese for the carne asada and I will also bring a few onions and peppers for fajitas. Christian, let me know what else we are missing for the dinners

I was going to head to the grocery store in Laughlin either Thursday night or early Friday morning to get provisions for the trip.

I know it will be last minute, but I don't have a fridge!  I can fill in the gaps on stuff we are missing.  My codawg wants to contribute, too.

Anyone bringing beer?
I require 1 beer from each attendant to offset the head aches of the permit process.
