Mojave water crossings were most excellent!  With the bonus of some small streams we got to play around in!  LOVED IT!  8)

Had to bail out today, as planned, but was still super bummed to be separated from this great group of guys and gals. Really enjoyed meeting everybody.   :)

Thanks Celt for putting together such an amazing event.  :D :D

And thanks, Ultrapc40, for making sure we found our way home safely.  Irene's rice crispy treats are da'bomb!!  ;)

Bromax, tried to reach you a couple of times (just for funsies) on the Barstow repeater with no success.   :-\

Had an incredible time!  Thanks to Celt for setting everything up!  Thanks to everyone for being so welcoming to myself and "Fire Ninja."  I've definitely been converted to the HAM club, already went on Amazon and bought a handheld.  Can't wait until the next trip!

It was an awesome trip. Thanks Barb and Mike for showing us around on Thursday and Eric for setting the trip up.

Irene got her first real Offroad wheel time and took on a hill climb that I normally wouldn't even take.(I blame Barbara)

Thanks to Celt for making this such a fun trip.  It was great to make new friends and hang with the old ones...like Ed.  The chimp was a great sport for taking sh** from everyone, especially me.  The weather was perfect, the people fantastic!  I pity the poor folks who could not make it.  And for the ones who chickened out then you're a... well, chicken :-\

Just got back from the run and got the vehicles unloaded. House smells like smoke from all our gear (Ahhhh, such a good smell). I'll make a longer post tomorrow or some such as I can but just wanted to toss in a few notes. All you guys were really awesome and such a pleasure to have on it. I would go on any trail run with any of you again. Everyone moved with precision when needed and when it was time to relax you all just made for a very pleasurable run. I know my buddy Nasty Jeep Danny was super thankful with all the hands and Sage Bromax and Duffman's electrical prowess to solve the fan issue. When we had the small issue of the "missing night hikers." I can't express enough gratitude in everyone mobilizing at the drop of a hat and kicking out to locate our own. It ended with an awesome outcome and the ensuing party afterwards taught me a lot about the people on these trips. I think some HAM converts along this trip may have been made inadvertently as well! All of you are exactly the ones I could have hoped for on a trip like this where the elements could have been really nasty but would have done just fine. A group that will get out there and do some quality expedition style wheeling rather than sit home by a warm fire. I got to meet new friends and spend time with old ones, this run was amazing.

  Thank you!

In my opinion the credit shouldn't go to the guy who organizes everything, it's to the supporting members on the run who just make it super easy.
