Watched 'Adams Rib' last night; great chemistry, funny story, stupid ending, takes it down to an 8.

WHAT?!?!  These two scenes alone give it a 9.......  ;)

Concede ending stupid - but it's from 1949....what do you want?!?!

Kung Fu Hustle next week :)

Hope you like it.....kind of a cult classic....

Soooooo..... from Death/Saline Valley/RaceTrack/Lippincott Mine Road 7-11 November 2015 post

Covers Ascent and decent of Lippencott mine road, Lippencott mine, RaceTrack, Eureka dunes, steel pass, saline hot springs

I looked up Saline Hot Springs.....

Not to be a Prudy Trudy - but we don't do nudey......  :o

Is this going to make others uncomfortable?  Didn't know this kind of "adventure".  We can always back out.....
Better to back out now, before the fur hits the fan..(see what I tried to do there?) ;)

I don't do public nudity.  Nor will I be unarmed.  Therefore, I will not be going to soak in the hot springs. NPS says that the campground is supposed to be clothed.  I will not let the hippies keep me out!!

We will not be participating in any clothing optional activities.

No thanks.

I don't do public nudity.  Nor will I be unarmed.

I was planning to resurrect the "Apple Pie" run this November, and was thinking that Blair Valley might even be better than Fish Creek (where we always went in the past), since we know some spots to fit a big group and it's 2WD friendly.  Only problem is that we generally hike up to the Marshall South homesite on the top of Ghost Mountain, and in keeping with Marshall South's traditions, that hike is "clothing optional".  (Actually, it sounds like he mandated it.)  Plus, it's located inside the State Park boundary, so no firearms allowed.

But, just so that no one panics needlessly, unlike Marshall South, we do not require nudity to visit the homesite.  It's strictly optional, and I can guarantee that I, for one, will be fully clothed for that hike up Ghost Mountain.

Look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about.

...  Plus, it's located inside the State Park boundary, so no firearms allowed. ...

Firearms are allowed in CA State Parks with a CA CCW:

Also National Parks:
http://www.calccw.com/Forums/where-can-t-i-carry/7523-national-park-concealed-carry.html

But I'm not talking about target shooting or hunting.

Man! Are to all sticks in the mud!  Where's your sense of adventure?  ;) :D  A nude hike up a desert mountain sounds like another way of "going back to nature."
Be careful when you follow the masses..... sometimes the "M" is silent.
