Haha... if I recall correctly - last time I picked a date and even rearranged family plans to make it happen, the trip got blown off. 

Anyway, I'm fully booked up this weekend and next weekend, but 4th of July weekend might work well if everyone wants to take a quick run. How about we meet at Duffman's place at 04:30 hours and get started? Kidding of course, but I think Saturday the 2nd or Sunday the 3rd might be our best bet. Do either of those days work for you Duff and Riz? I'll have to run it by the wife for final approval, just to make sure there wasn't already something planned that I forgot about.

This VERY spot is what motivated me to get going on lifting my X and getting sliders.  I've been back through Sandstone Canyon before, and it's an absolutely beautiful drive.  Sucks there was a cave in and now that rock pile is in the way.

I can't verify it because I didn't have the time to get in there when I went through Pinyon Mtn but I hear guys have been able to crawl over that last rock fall back there. Maybe when the weather cools down a bit I'll go snoopin round there to see what's possible.

When I went back, my stock height was just a little too low, and I ended up losing some paint on my passenger side and ended up having to back off the pile.  MISSED IT BY THAT MUCH...
