Since I was just added to the list, I'm trying to think of what I could contribute.  Since it sounds like food is on point, would it help if I contributed by bringing more firewood bundles?  I'm open for any suggestions.

I will have a Dutch oven full of beans for Friday night and stew on Saturday. Are you asking for everyone to bring 2 bundles of wood or one?

Dinner Saturday night:

Trail Pizza

Does this mean I am bringing the oven?

FYI, by my count we have 42 persons, so keep that in mind when thinking of portions.  I think having 2 or more different offerings for each meal will make sure that no one person has to provide for 40+.  If we have 3 different options for each meal, with enough to feed 15 people each, we should be covered.

You don't have to; I can do trail taquitos.  They're a ton easier

I will bring a few cans of refried beans and a pot to cook in, I will also bring 40 tortillas if you think that is enough??

As for the spaghetti sauce, what type? I am fond of the Classico Fire roasted tomato and Garlic. Is 4 jars enough? If anyone has a better recommendations, let me know. I will also bring a few good sized chunks of Parmigiano-reggiano and a mircoplane to grate it fresh as that is the only way to have it. I will have a 2 burner Partner stove, and my usual cookfare (10" DO, a few nonstick pots/ fry pans, utensils, etc), if there is anything anyone needs me to bring extra?

And can donate $40 to toro for everything. Do you want the cash there, or paypal now?

If there is anything else that I should bring, let me know.

My normal sauce is Newman's own fire roasted tomato and garlic on barilla pasta.  Barilla roasted garlic sauce is also a good one.

I'm still in for 3lbs of meat for Friday, but also put me down for one of the larger bags of cheese and chopped tomatoes for the same meal.  I'll also bring a bag of spaghetti for Saturday.

Just got added to the group. I plan to bring extra firewood and a variety of brews. What food items are still needed?
I can also bring my propane coleman camping stove and extra pots & pans if needed. Let me know - Ben
