Made a point of seeing Pismo Beach on the road trip to get it home. Didn't plan on entering to dunes but as soon as I saw the OHV area that changed real quick.

Got the bungee cord ceiling contraption installed. Hopefully it'll workout. Cost about $35 for the parts.

Nice looking truck. Just a heads up, an axe and shovel will fit under the rear seats. That's where I have mine.

Mounted a shovel on the rack using Yakima mighty mounts and quick fists

Made use of an extra gun lock to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. Going to bedline the handle.

Sliders and bumper on. Had a little trouble with the bumper one. Of the nuts welded inside the frame broke free so I wasn't able to reinstall the forward left side bolt so I might have a shop run a small weld.

Them sliders are pretty shiney, might need to get out and get some trail modifications on them ASAP!

Planning on it asap when I get home next month. Need to bolt up the skid plates to so they can all be modified together!

Finally grew a pair and took a hole saw to the fender. Couple hours and a entire tube of silicone later there was a snorkel. Replaced the brake lights with diode dynamics HP11 LED's. They throw out a ton of light and are easily visible in the day time. Then I crawled underneath it to wire brush and paint all the damage to sliders and frame from hungry valley. Won't be trying to follow a jeep with 37" tires again... Awning goes on this week and then I'm headed to Mojave.

That's all coming along nicely (just viewed your bumper and slider pics). Really like the tire swing bumper; tire plus some gas cans, that's what I'll be looking for as well, when I get to that point :)

Installed a set of Deaver Springs (900lbs) and PRG shackles. Will be nice not dragging arse and bottoming out all day long. Going to order a set of Bilstein 5125 to fit. Then onto the list of damage to repair from Death Valley..

It's not IKEA but it works.  8).

Went to Big Sur yesterday doing a little recon for a summer trip, first time off road on the new shocks & springs. It's unreal how much better it is. A lot more confidence is the rig now.
