Get the truck on stands, a couple people on the front, a couple of people on the back, and we can probably have the thing done in less than 2 hours. ;)
Since I am in very close proximity to TORO, I would be more than happy to lend an inexperience but eager hand! haha

Although I'm not close, since I'm technically self employed, I can come out almost anytime. That way I can learn before I order my suspension stuff.

Also very interested in going the OME route anyway.

Well, I finally got my shipping confirmation and it looks like everything will be here this Saturday.  All I need now is an extra set of hands and a good place to break in the suspension.  8)

So Fed Ex man shows up at my house this morning with a cool tattoo and suspension parts.  And I'm like sweet, now all I need to do is install it! So I looked over everything and I have all the parts I ordered. I had every intention on waiting to get this install done with help from someone that knows what they were doing.  But then part of me said, "Why waste a perfectly good weekend?" I started with the front because that was supposed to be the easiest. Everything went fine until I got to the lower strut bolt.  I want to shake who's ever hand put those things on, but I'd be scared because he'd probably crush it.  I think Hercules himself put those things on because there is no budging.  I even took apart my floor jack handle to extend my breaker bar and still nothing. So now i'm back to square one and I'll hold off until the next mod day.  Unless of course anyone wants some free beer and could help me today.

Spray some PB Blaster on it, and let it sit a few hours/overnight, then try a few hits on it with a big hammer. :)

I hit it with some wd-40. I didn't know PB blaster was sold over here in Cali. Either way, I'd rather not push it to Sunday just because this is my daily and I need to get work on Monday. I wish March had an auto hobby shop.

Heat it with fire.

Done and almost done! The PB blaster and the heat gun worked like a charm. I already swapped the left one out, and now it's on to the right. I'll finish the rear tomorrow. Thanks for the advice!

Looks like the back will have to wait. I received two different sized flat shackles from Nisstec.

Kind of annoying. :( I'll probably just hook it up to the stock shackles until the right ones come in.

Weird, maybe they threw in a Frontier shackle accidentally. Give 'em a call tomorrow morning, they're usually pretty good about answering the phone and I'm sure they'll fix it.

Yeah, I don't know what happened. I ended up putting both leafs on and using one ome shackle and keeping the stock one. I swapped out the right side next to the exhaust because I don't want to do that twice. I didn't install the shims, but I didn't feel any real vibrations or anything. No pics, it was just me working on it so I was trying to get it done before work tomorrow.

Sorry, I wasn't able to take any in-work pictures because it was just me and I was trying to get it done.

Either way here are the post lift pics.

That definitely looks good. You installed the medium springs, right? It looks like you have more rear lift than me. What size tires are you running?

Thanks! Yeah I went with the medium springs. Keeps me from feeling the need to upgrade the bumper and spend more money(for now).  I'm rocking 265/65/R17 duratracs.
