Repeater mapping
« on: February 14, 2016, 10:52:26 PM »
I have been playing around with this site for awhile now. It's pretty nice as it shows shadowing and general coverage with repeaters. It allows you to select what bands you want to operate on in relation to your area. It will also allow for you to plan your route and decide what preset frequencies you can program in. Super helpful for overland trips off the beaten path which seems like many of us are chasing. The information on it seems pretty solid.

For those that like to block location access to websites, like me, hit the menu button up top and hit the GPS icon to allow location access to the site. Nothing showed up until I did that.

Celt,

Why can't I find that repeater that you were using out in the Borrego Springs area?

Bad eyes on my part maybe?

Very strange, it's not there on the map for some reason? I guess it must be a "secret" one then.
