I know this is early, but I am jonesing for a trip!  Here is what is posted on their site:

"RSVP list for Mountain Rendezvous will go live sometime around 5 July 2016 - due to the heinous amounts of last minute flake outs on RSVP's for previous events (6 years worth!) there will now be, starting with MRV, a non-refundable $20 registration fee for all RSVP's."

Set this as a reminder on your calendars!

From what I've read the total will be $60 for this event

Apparently they had a bunch of no-shows last year so they want money up front this time, just to ensure you are serious about going.

The itinerary for the event is posted in the thread on American adventurist.  If you don't like what they are doing, you can do your own thing. 

It's a big event with all kinds of rigs and everyone hangs out.  Very fun to wander around the different groups and meet others and see other setups.

I see a bunch of trail running, hiking etc but it doesn't specify. Does that mean guys just get together and come up with a run to go on?

Yea its pretty informal, all the more reason to mingle and find new friends or just hang with the people you know. 

So far looks like the duff man, Tony, Steve C, richard310 and myself are reserved.  Already up to 70 RSVP'd.
