Hi all.

I've been a lurker here for a couple of years.  Have always wanted to go on a run with you all that was on the easier side since my X is stock and I'm a noob.  This one seems like a perfect intro for me, and I'm FINALLY free on a weekend that there is a run.  Is it too late to sign up for this run?

Awesome!  I'm also in the Facebook group so I've let Jon know there as well.  I referred him over to this forum when he first created it.  Thought you all would get along great.  :-)

Do I need a radio for this run?  If so, can you guys give me some ideas on a decent one I can pick up quickly?

You should have a CB...it really helps with trail comms.

Unless you have Amazon Prime, you're prolly going to need to find a local CB retailer...Frys, or 4 Wheel Parts?

Thank you for the tips guys.  I'll pick up a radio tomorrow.  Any recommendations on a portable air compressor?  Been meaning to pick one up just to carry in my X.  Feel like I'll need it when airing down and back up on Sunday.

Mv50 or mf-1050 are cheap decent compressors, i believe pep boys carries the mv50.

Also, I'm sad to state that I will miss this run after all, due to a work obligation that has come up that I cannot get out of. I've done everything I can to get out of the obligation, but it's just not happening Have a good time out there everyone, and please take lots of photos so I know what I missed!

The wife and I got in late, woke up late and had brunch skipping lunch. So we will have some extra food tomorrow(the lunch we skipped was chicken Philly cheese "steak" sandwiches. So I hope people are Hungary.
