Not a bad turnout this evening with 4 rigs. We had a blast, and those who don't come every month sure are missing out!
This is the second month in a row that we've had the "eat and greet" in Moreno Valley, and both times the bulk of attendees made a 20 or 30 minute drive to the location from the south (not all, but most). For next month, I think we should move the event further south and see if we can increase participation a little. There is a brand new Sonic Burger that just opened off of I-215 and Newport Road in Menifee that would make for a perfect meeting spot. This would allow us to hang out around the rigs and socialize while we grub. For those who don't like tater tots (heaven forbid!), there are plenty of other eateries in the area that you can grab food at and still hang out with the group, including In-n-Out, Miguel's Jr., The Habit, Jimmy John's, 5 Guys Burgers, Jersey Mike's, El Pollo Loco, Flame Broiler, and many, many more.
Next event will be Thursday 10/6. Be there!
