IMO...90% of this run can be done with a 2wd xterra.
The other 10% can be handled with appropriate placement in the travel queue of the 2wd guys with a 4wd buddy who could potentially help/recover/strap them out of a tight spot.
But...Jay is the trail leader and all final decisions are his to make.

Honestly bro, if you are cool with us 2wd tagging along and dont mind learning abit, then im all in, but if you dont feel up for it to deal with us 2wd, no hard feelings. Its for the best of the group, I want to ensure everyone will have fun, not feel burden due to me or other 2wd. You are the trail leader, your call maestro!!
