Hey guys. It’s been way to long since I have been out on a trip with you all or updates with what’s going on in my crazy life. So here it goes. Update number one. My 06 xterra race truck build has finally got some steam behind it. This all started when I was 18 and got my first taste of the Baja 1000 as a bfg pit crew member. I vowed I would build a desert race truck and race. In 2014 I totaled my 06 Xterra and was able to buy it back from the insurance for pennies. So, I had a full paid of somewhat messed up running Xterra in the garage and a new Frontier as my DD. 
My dream to race was finally at hand.
I had the frame straightened and started getting to work.

Gutted the interior and drove it to BTF fabrication in upland.


Then it was time for the cage.

Very similar to score stock mini class. It’s going to be BITD class 7100. Leaf spring. V6 only 300hp max. 18” rear travel max etc etc.
